Planet-X Builds Branded Prize Delivery
An order received, a dispatch update to follow and tracking when available: a look at the experience after winning.

The next moment after a win
Winning is one part of the reward experience. A Planet-X order-processing graphic shows what can come next: a branded message confirming that a prize order has been received.
Clear updates, in the language of the game
The message uses a mission brief, a robot carrying a parcel and a prominent “Your Order Is Processing” headline. Its copy says the player will be notified when the prize is dispatched, with delivery-tracking details. An “Open Order in App” button points back to the order experience.
Why this matters to players
A clear status message answers a practical question after the excitement of a win: what happens next? Connecting receipt, dispatch and tracking can help make the reward experience easier to follow while keeping Planet-X’s visual identity present.
What the preview establishes
The graphic shows the design and wording of the communication. Shipping regions, delivery windows and the terms of individual prizes still need to come from the relevant official campaign.
Before the order: X-Vault
In an earlier Planet-X concept, the journey begins with hidden chests containing X-Tokens, then continues to prize claims through X-Vault. The order-processing preview focuses on the next step: keeping the player informed after a claim. Availability, eligibility and timing need to be checked against the current official rules.
An earlier X-Vault description
That concept describes spending earned X-Tokens in X-Vault to redeem physical products. That helps explain the intended journey from a hunt to a prize arriving at home. Current catalogue and delivery terms should be checked with Planet-X.
How the current studio describes rewards
The studio overview promotes real-world rewards and brand campaigns, and also describes a Lootbag Wallet for prize redemption and partner promo codes. This is a different description from the earlier X-Vault concept; it does not by itself establish that one has replaced the other.
Brands become part of the experience
The editorial interest is in how an event connects a game moment with a physical product or brand activation. Promotional examples illustrate the concept. A live campaign still needs its own dates, eligibility, prize details and delivery terms; Planet-X has not announced a daily giveaway through this preview.
